The controller is Aftermarket or 3rd party; however, it is a good quality controller - as it has the same look and feel as the original. It functions perfectly as any 360 controller should. 
The only color for this listing is a random Blood Splatter pattern.  Keep in mind the pattern varies from controller to controller and is not exactly the same.
