Store Policy
We thank you for your patronage and are always happy to help with returns. Our items are always clean, tested and guaranteed to be in good working order. However; if there is ever something that we have done wrong we will gladly replace that item at our cost. Any item that is defective due to our negligence we will be more than happy to provide a replacement or a credit for the full amount paid for the item. We do not give cash/credit refunds. Only in store credit. All consoles have a general 14 day return policy and any physical copy of any game in stock has the same guarantee. A receipt must be provided for this. No exceptions for any reason.

1982-1996
Fayetteville Perry
Graduated near the top of my class in business education in 1996 with a High School diploma. Furthered my business education by being in the field of retail and customer service since I was a Junior in High School.
1995-1997
Meijers Stock Person
Here I learned how to merchandise products, place orders & return damaged goods. It was an entry level position but did teach me the fundamental skills of customer service and merchandising.
1997-2005
Various Retail Positions
I have worked in many retail locations over a twenty year period. Picking up many skills that helped me to make the decisions to run my own business. My first of which was as a general contractor preforming many home maintenance projects for my clients. I did that for several years until ending up in the video game field where I certainly feel at home.
