Wireless Controller for Playstation 4 Only.  Will not be guaranteed to work on any other console.  These controllers are BRAND NEW, but they do not come in any packaging other than a bubble wrap bag.  
They will need a micro USB cable to charge or connect to the PS4 for initial connection. This is not included.  Any ps4 charge cable (micro usb) will work for this device.  
The controller is Aftermarket or 3rd party; however, it is a good quality controller - as it has the same look and feel as the original. It has a good battery life and functions perfectly as any ps4 controller should. It has the rumble effect and is also Six Axis which is the tilt capability.  Many 3rd party controllers like this do not have that function.
